What is the return policy?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to me within 14 days of receipt, and we can figure out a workaround.
When will I get my order?
Upon order, your order will be promptly packed and scheduled for my next post office run - usually on Mondays and Wednesdays. The postage service will then handle the shipping, and these are the rough durations based on your region:
Domestic: 3-5 business days
Malaysia/Brunei: 5-8 business days
Rest of the world: 8-18 business days

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of items in your order. The shipping price will be made know to you on checkout.
For an estimate, here’s a quick breakdown:
- Domestic Tracked Package (Singapore) - Flat Rate of 5SGD, Free for orders $100.00 and up
- International Registered Package - Malaysia/Brunei: ~10SGD - 30SGD
- International Registered Package - Asia(Excluding Japan): ~12USD - 43USD
- International Registered Package - Worldwide (Including Japan): ~20USD - 70USD
